Meet our employee of the week, Luchy!

Luchy is from Colombia and her favorite drink is champagne! When you see her, offer to buy her a glass and you will be friends for life. Her favorite restaurant in Chicago is our neighbor, Tavern on Rush. However, she warns, "I'm a vegetarian, so don't worry about getting me food. Save some money for a good champagne instead." Her favorite memory at Proof is the night she got cut and ended up drinking two bottles of Dom Rose magnums by herself (thanks Jose!)

What do we love about Luchy? This beauty has brains too. She owns and runs her own boutique and salon called Sorelle, whose motto is "sexy from head to toe." This entrepreneurial business combines the best of an upscale boutique (but at affordable prices!) with full salon and spa services.
